Easy access to machine file export

	Use Standard > Export Machine File to export the current design to a machine file for stitching.

An Export Machine File button has been added to the Standard toolbar for easy export of the current design to machine file for stitching. A Shift+E shortcut has been included for the same purpose. See also Exporting designs for machine.
